One for Content Creation

## One idea. A newsletter, post and script.

### Start with your thinking. Get help finishing the piece.

Give the crew a note, an audience and a few pieces you have written. Ask for sources, useful drafts and a clear list of what still needs you.

**Today Retell the idea for every channel.:** With One Review a newsletter, a post, a thread and a script shaped from the same material.
**Today Hunt for the source behind a confident sentence.:** With One Ask Juno to write links beside facts and name the claims it cannot support.
**Today Explain your voice in another empty chat.:** With One Let Maya read your past pieces in the Library, then refine the draft with your edits.
**Today Spend Monday remembering what to write.:** With One Have a routine gather possible topics, ready in Juno’s chat.

Your crew

### A researcher. A writer. You, in the editor’s chair.

An example crew for a weekly newsletter. Give each bot a job, then change the crew as your work changes.

#### Juno

Research & insights

Reads your sources and the web. Writes the links into the brief and calls out claims it could not support.

#### Maya

Marketing & content

Reads your past pieces, drafts across formats and remembers the writing preferences you ask it to keep.

#### Architect

Your workspace partner

Proposes the crew and the topic-gathering routine. You review and apply the changes.

Try one idea, four ways

### Your rough note. Four drafts to make your own.

Help Lena write _Small Batch_, a newsletter for café owners. Choose the starting point and the reader. Then open the sources and give Maya an edit.

LO **Lena Ortiz** From Telegram

I keep coming back to this: before we put a discount on the board, do the maths on one cup. Make that the next issue. I heard discounts bring 30% more repeat visits — can you check that?

**Juno**

I’ll check the pricing claim and read your past issues before Maya drafts.

**Juno** Research & insights

I found a source for the maths. The repeat-visit claim still needs evidence.

#### Before you reach for a discount

Before you reach for the chalk, reach for the calculator.

Pull up a chair. Let’s work through one small decision before the doors open.

Pick one drink from your opening menu. Write down its price and variable cost.

Lower the price while variable cost stays the same, and each sale contributes less toward fixed costs.[Source 1: SBA break-even analysis](https://www.sba.gov/counseling/plan-your-business/#breakeven-point)

Before opening, try the calculation with your own expected costs. Then ask: what would make this offer worth trying?

- **Small Batch · Issue 18 › Start with one cup** Before you celebrate a queue, ask what each cup contributes. Start with one drink. Use your own numbers.
- **Small Batch · Issue 27 › Write to one owner** Pull up a chair. Let’s work through one small decision before the doors open.
- **Small Batch · Issue 34 › Keep the useful bit** Give me the question I can answer today. Leave the grand strategy for another issue.

“Discounts bring 30% more repeat visits” — needs a source. Left out of the drafts.

Your edit

Maya: I’ll remember to use shorter sentences and skip the formal opening.

Your name is on the piece

### Keep the sources. Keep the final say.

A draft is a starting point. Verify facts and attribution before publishing under your name.

AI disclosure and platform labelling rules vary. Check the rules where you publish and decide how to describe your use of AI.

#### Your model. Your provider’s bill.

Start here

### Bring the piece you haven’t finished.

1. 01 Bring the unfinished idea Paste a messy note or upload a past piece. Say who should read it and what you want them to take away.
2. 02 Add a few writing samples Put your past pieces and sources in the Library. Choose which bots may read each source.
3. 03 Ask for one small batch Try a newsletter section and a post. Ask for links on facts, edit the drafts and keep posting accounts unconnected.

Before you ask

### Questions worth asking.

**Will it write like me?**

Examples help it get closer. Put past pieces in the Library and ask Maya to read them before drafting. Give specific feedback and ask it to remember your preferences. The voice is still yours to judge in the edit; an exact match is not guaranteed.

**Where do the facts come from?**

From the sources you give the Library and the web pages the bot reads. Library-backed replies show “Library · N sources”, opening the passages used. Web links are not automatic citations: ask the bot to write a link beside each fact and flag anything it cannot support. You verify both the claim and its source.

**Does it publish for me?**

In this workflow, you preview, download, edit and publish the drafts yourself. Keep posting accounts unconnected, including in the bot’s browser. Managed app connections are shared by all of your bots in the Space. A connected bot could post if asked, and there is no setting that requires approval for a particular posting app. One does not natively schedule social posts.

**Can I use my own models?**

Yes. Connect a compatible provider with your own key or supported sign-in, or use a compatible local model. You can choose a model for each bot. Usage is billed by your provider, separately from your One plan.

**Can it make images or video?**

Yes. Set an image or video default using your own provider key. Supported options include Google Nano Banana and Veo, OpenAI GPT Image, FLUX.2, Grok Imagine, fal and OpenRouter. Outputs land in the bot’s files and chat. Your provider bills the usage. One does not generate music or audio tracks.

**What happens to my notes and past writing?**

Your material stays yours. The Library holds files and public pages; each source can be readable by every bot or only the bots you choose. Uploaded material becomes available immediately. Library facts keep a verbatim passage, and you can export your Library. Bots search it but do not change its sources.

**Can I send it a voice note?**

Chat apps ship with the next release. With a voice provider configured in the Space, a voice note sent through Telegram or WhatsApp is transcribed into the bot’s chat. The example shows that transcript, not an audio upload. Audio files cannot be attached in the web chat today.

**Which tools does it work with?**

The workspace’s integration catalogue includes writing tools such as Google Docs and Notion, design tools such as Canva and Figma, and newsletter and social accounts. Some apps use your own key; X, TikTok, Buffer, WordPress.com and Webflow need operator setup before they work. The connector groups on this page show each tier. Drafts can also be downloaded for tools you do not connect.
