How does monthly loyalty pricing work?
Creator starts at $40 and Business at $100 in month 1. Each consecutive month through month 12 is 5% less than the previous unrounded price. Each invoice price is rounded to cents. Month 12 onward is $22.75 on Creator and $56.88 on Business while the subscription continues. Cancellation resets the schedule.
Does annual billing include the loyalty discount?
No. Creator annual billing is $240 per year, equivalent to $20 per month. The monthly loyalty schedule is a separate option. Annual prices for Business and the other plans are agreed with our team.
What is the difference between Business and Business Pro?
Business is Creator three times over, for $100 a month: 3 spaces instead of one, with your team in them, and 12,000 credits instead of 4,000, on the same class of model. Its voice agent runs on credits. Business Pro, from $400 a month, adds unlimited calling, credits that work with SOTA models, and semi-private hardware.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Both are Business Pro, on semi-private hardware; the switch on its card moves between them. Pro is $400 a month, with 2 unlimited voice agents at a time and 50,000 shared credits. Max is $1,000 a month, with 5–10 at a time and 160,000–200,000 shared credits, and adds your choice of the data that leaves your server and custom solution access. On either, more lines at once use credits.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring your own API keys. You connect your model provider and pay that provider for model usage, or sign in with an AI subscription you already pay for, such as ChatGPT Plus/Pro, GitHub Copilot or SuperGrok. Creator runs on your own keys, and Business, Business Pro and Business Max support them too. Each provider’s terms apply to its own subscription or key.
How far do credits go?
1,000 credits are $3, and usage is charged at the provider’s own price with zero markup. Creator’s 4,000 monthly credits come to roughly 10 to 40 million tokens on the Fast model; Business’s 12,000 come to three times that, 30M–120M. What is included in Business Pro calling?
Business Pro includes unlimited voice-agent usage, with 2 voice agents at a time; Business Max runs 5–10 at a time. More lines at once use credits, as does every call on Creator and Business. Carrier fees, phone-number rental, and any other telephony charges are confirmed separately before subscription.
What is semi-private hardware?
Business Pro and Business Max run on a GPU server shared with a few other teams. Your data is kept on that server in a section that is your team’s alone, and on Max you choose the data that leaves it.
